The Bianconeri record yet another comeback!

This season, Juventus are the side that have earned the most points (nine) from losing positions. Having previously fallen behind to Hellas Verona and Brescia earlier on this campaig, only to comeback and win, the Bianconeri once more showed their Fino Alla Fine spirit yesterday, going on to win 3-1 against Atalanta having conceded the first goal of the game.

Despite Robin Gosens' 56th minute goal for the hosts, the Bianconeri came storming back through Gonazlo Higuain's double and Paulo Dybala's stoppage time strike to ensure that the three points were coming back to Turin.

      OTHER MATCH STATS

Higuain's double has now seen Pipita reach 121 Serie A goals, tying level with Mauro Icardi in 50th place of the all-time top goalscorers in Serie A.

Atalanta also became Higuain's second favourite opponents, with Pipita registering in eight different games against them, having scored now a total of 11 goals. Only against Lazio has Higuain scored more against (12).

As well as scoring twice, the Bianconeri's number 21 also provided an assist for Dybala, and it was the first time that Pipita scored and assisted in the same game since March 2018, also coincidently against Atalanta.

Juventus have already had four penalties against this campaign, as many as their total last season. The Bianconeri haven't had more against since 2014/15 (five).

Yesterday, the Old Lady had 12 shots against during the first half, the last time the Bianconeri had faced more (13) at the end of the first 45 minutes of play in Serie A was in December 2017, against Napoli.
