After a day of rest following the crucial win at San Paolo on Sunday night, Massimiliano Allegri’s men were back at work this afternoon at Continassa. In sight there is the Serie A game against Udinese at Allianz Stadium on Friday night, kick-off 20:30 and the second leg of the Champions League Round of 16 against Atletico Madrid, kick-off at 21:00
The team underwent technical and physical work, where they focused on possesion-based exercises and shooting. Douglas Costa took part in a personalised training session.
Tomorrow the Bianconeri will participcate in a morning training session.
Medical update on Sami Khedira:
“Sami Khedira underwent planned cardiological tests that highlighted the positive evolution of the treatment performed. He has since started on a personalised training programme. The prognosis is such that he can return to action a month from the date he underwent surgery.”
