"Splendid and rewarding sacrifices made,” this is how Stefano Braghin defined the year of the Bianconero women's movement, which yesterday, with the league title triumph by the U15, meant success was crowned across the board, between the first team and the youth sector: Juventus Women hit the double, Scudetto plus Coppa Italia, the U19 won the first Women's Cup at the Viareggio Tournament, the U17 graduated as Champions of Italy by beating Inter in the final, and, precisely, yesterday the U15 won the Scudetto.

To make the things even better, everything was reached in the second year of the Juventus Women movement. The successes are not purely limited only to the trophies collected but are also part of a wider discourse on the growth of girls and the development of women's football.

“It is a great satisfaction for the whole female sector,” comments Stefano Braghin to our microphones. “Collecting so many achievements in the second year of life goes beyond our expectations, but it means that everyone has worked really well.”

The secret to success? It is found in two key concepts: unity and harmony.

“We have a very united, as well as competent, working group and an environment where great harmony and mutual support are breathed. It is something in which we believe in a lot,” adds Braghin. “And that gives an added value to the spirit of the girls. We believe in the concept of family, unity and common goals: it is something intangible, that is not bought and is not trained on the field but is built up in relationships and empathy. This philosophy is bearing fruit both in the first team and in the youth sector.”

It is the same spirit that the Juventus Women are transmitting to the World Cup with the Italian team. The girls of Rita Guarino have shown that they know how not only to repeat a success, but also to improve on it, despite moments of difficulty during the campaign. The Bianconere represent the symbol of the growth of the women's movement, black and white but not only that. And it is precisely from the concept of "growth" that the primary objective for the future of Juventus Women develops, which bodes well for another successful season at Juventus.

"The goal for the first team will be to confirm the results in the National field, which will be difficult. In the international arena we need to gain experience to build something that will be successful over time. With regards to the youth, the real goal is the growth of girls, not only through results, but in terms of individual growth.

"In fact,” adds the Head of Juventus Women, “among the successes of this year, there is also a trophy that does not put itself on the bulletin board but represents a great success. Five girls from the youth sector made their debut in the first team and two, Bragonzi and Bellucci, will enter the first team permanently next season. The goal is to create players for the first team. The growth of good players determines important results. Cause and consequence, they travel together.”
