The Club's People, Culture & ESG Department is responsible for planning, managing and promoting sustainable mobility solutions for employees. In this regard, the following initiatives are worth highlighting:
- Smart working regulations: through the establishment of individual agreements.
- Road to JHQ: employees can benefit from a shuttle service provided by the Club to reach the Juventus facilities (JHQ, JTCC, Allianz Stadium). The service connects the city centre (Torino Porta Susa railway station) with the Club's premises, reducing inefficiencies associated with the use of private cars. Service features:
Company car fleet: all Club vehicles comply with Euro 6 regulations, reflecting Juventus' commitment to reducing pollutant emissions and adopting more efficient technologies. Specifically, the fleet consists of:
- 87 petrol + mild hybrid vehicles;
- 7 diesel vehicles;
- 56 petrol + plug-in hybrid vehicles.
The process of replacing almost all diesel vehicles with mild hybrid vehicles has therefore been completed, with the aim of improving energy efficiency and further reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
- Electric vehicle charging stations: all employees, regardless of whether they drive a company car or a private vehicle, can use the charging stations installed at the following locations: JHQ, JTCC, Juventus Training Center Vinovo (JTCV) and Allianz Stadium. This initiative reflects the Club's commitment to encouraging sustainable mobility solutions.
- Juventus Bikes: 15 bicycles are available to employees across the Club's various facilities (JHQ, Allianz Stadium, JTCC, JTCV). The project is built around two key concepts: Flexibility and Wellness. The bicycles can be used for work-related travel between neighbouring facilities (e.g. JHQ, Allianz Stadium and Juventus Museum), optimising travel times, as well as for wellness activities and/or leisure during lunch breaks.
