Sustainability requires collaboration, dialogue and the sharing of experiences. This is why Juventus participates in national and international initiatives and networks that promote the exchange of best practices, innovation and the development of concrete solutions to address the environmental challenges facing the sports industry.

In this context, the Club supports programmes promoted by the United Nations and actively participates in international organisations that encourage dialogue and the exchange of expertise among sports industry professionals, institutions and experts.

UN Sports for Climate Action

In 2020, Juventus became the first Italian football club to join UN Sports for Climate Action, an initiative promoted by the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC). The initiative brings together sports organisations from around the world committed to integrating climate action into their activities and contributing to the goals of the Paris Agreement on climate change. Through its participation, the Club is committed to promoting greater environmental responsibility, reducing its climate impact and raising awareness of sustainability issues among stakeholders and fans.

In 2020, Juventus also became the first Italian football club to join Climate Neutral Now, a United Nations initiative that encourages organisations and businesses to voluntarily measure, reduce and offset their greenhouse gas emissions. This commitment forms part of the Club's broader efforts to monitor its carbon footprint and develop initiatives aimed at reducing the environmental impact of its activities.

European Stadium & Safety Management Association (ESSMA)

Juventus' commitment to collaboration and knowledge sharing within the sports industry is also reflected in its involvement in the European Stadium & Safety Management Association (ESSMA), a European organisation that brings together professionals and experts in the management of sports facilities. The association promotes the exchange of experiences and expertise in areas such as sustainability, innovation, safety, stadium management and fan experience. Juventus also plays an active role within the organisation and, since 2024, a Club representative has served as its President.
