To minimise the environmental impact associated with electricity consumption, the Club has sourced its electricity exclusively from renewable sources since the 2018/2019 season (excluding district heating and district cooling). All Juventus facilities, with the exception of the J Hotel, use 100% renewable electricity. This is a conscious choice that requires significant investment but has been made to ensure consistency with the Club's environmental commitments.
The electricity supply is certified through Guarantees of Origin (GOs), issued in accordance with European regulations, which transparently verify the renewable origin of the electricity purchased. As a result, the Club's entire electricity requirement is covered by certified renewable sources, contributing to the reduction of indirect emissions associated with electricity consumption (Scope 2).
