Born in Poland in January 1999, he came up through the youth academy of Ruch Chorzów. In 2016 he moved to Liverpool, where he featured for the club’s youth teams before gaining his first senior experience during loan spells at Aarhus and Huddersfield. In January 2021 he joined Copenhagen, a highly successful stint in which he won two Danish league titles and a Danish Cup, while also making his UEFA Champions League debut. In the summer of 2024 he transferred to Wolfsburg, where he established himself as a regular starter, amassing 63 Bundesliga appearances.
