Amaiur Sarriegi

The Basque forward joins the team to bolster its attacking department, bringing international experience, technical quality, and a keen eye for goal.

Having come through the ranks at Añorga, Amaiur made her first-team debut before turning 15. In 2017, she moved to Athletic Bilbao, where she played a leading role for the reserve side, firing them to the Segunda División title in the 2019/20 season before making her debut in Spain’s top flight.

Her move to Real Sociedad marked the definitive breakthrough in her career: in her first season in San Sebastián, she scored 13 league goals, establishing herself as one of the most promising players in the Primera División and soon earning the captain’s armband.

After continuing her development at the highest level with Real Sociedad and Atlético Madrid, she is now ready for her first adventure in Italy.
