Julia Bartel

Júlia Bartel Holgado grew up football-wise between Espanyol and Barcelona. It was with the Blaugrana that she completed most of her development, making her first-team debut in June 2021 at just over 17 years of age. Bartel then continued her career with Chelsea, Liverpool and Atlético Madrid, consolidating her profile in competitive and international contexts. In her most recent Liga F season, wearing the Atlético shirt, she found continuity and regular playing time. A dynamic and intelligent midfielder in her reading of the game, Bartel combines quality in possession, an ability to make forward runs, and active participation in the defensive phase.
