Born in Stockholm on 7 August 1998, Nilden joined Juventus in the summer of 2021. A left-footed defender, she worked her way up through the ranks in Sweden before making her senior debut for IF Brommapojkarna in the 2014/15 season. A move to AIK followed in 2017, before Nilden took the plunge and signed for Brighton & Hove Albion in England in the 2018/19 season. After a spell back in Sweden with Eskilstuna United DFF, Nilden answered the call of Juventus.
