Born in Uppsala on 15 May 1987, Sembrant has been a Juventus player since 2019. A reliable, vastly experienced centre-back, Sembrant began her career with Balinge before representing Lincoln Ladies, AIK, Gothenburg, Tyresö and Montpellier. She is a Swedish league and cup winner and was part of the Sweden teams that won the silver medal at the Rio Olympics in 2016 and came third at the 2011 and 2019 World Cups.
