Born on 22 June 2000 in Erba, Panzeri began her football career at Como 2000, where she won the Serie B title, before joining Juventus in 2017. The defender left Juventus in January 2021, where she moved on loan to Sassuolo. It was the first of two loan experiences – with the second taking her to Pomigliano in the second half of 2021 - before returning to Juventus in January 2022.
