Juventus recognizes the importance of accessibility for people with disabilities and has set up three designated stations for guide dogs in the North Stand of the Allianz Stadium, within the section dedicated to fans with disabilities.
Guide dogs and their owners are allowed to circulate in all public areas of the stadium.
During the match, the guide dog must be placed in the designated station located within the dedicated area, next to the seat of the fan with a disability. This space is designed to ensure comfort and safety for both the animal and the fan.
To guarantee proper and safe reception, fans with guide dogs are invited to follow the procedure below:
Notify the presence of the guide dog when requesting accreditation, along with any specific needs, by contacting the Fan Service at (+39) 0114530486.
On the day of the event, bring:
the guide dog’s identification card or equivalent documentation;
the dog equipped with an identification harness or vest, and kept on a leash.
The dedicated welcome staff will be available to provide support and accompany the fan and the guide dog to their seat.
Fans with disabilities accompanied by a guide dog who require continuous assistance may also request free accreditation in the same section for an additional adult companion.
