Paulo Dybala was at his scintillating best on Wednesday evening, scoring a brilliant second-half brace to put Lazio to the sword at Juventus Stadium and help his team to three points that edge the Bianconeri closer to an historic fifth straight Scudetto title.
Speaking pitchside after the final whistle, La Joya admitted he was delighted with a great night’s work, while looking forward to next Sunday’s meeting with Fiorentina.
“It was a perfect night,” he began. “I missed a fairly straightforward chance in the first half, but things improved in the second.
“This is a brilliant moment for me and the team. Hopefully we can get the job done in Florence now.”
