Emre Can joins Borussia Dortmund on a permanent basis

DEFINITIVE TRANSFER OF THE PLAYER EMRE CAN

Turin, 18 February 2020 - Juventus Football Club S.p.A. announces that, following the achievement of the conditions provided by the contract, the obligation for the definitive acquisition of the registration rights of the player Emre Can by Borussia Dortmund GmbH & Co. KGaA became due for a consideration of € 25 million, to be paid in three financial years. The economic effect is positive for about € 12.4 million, net of solidarity subsidy and auxiliary expenses.
