Juventus can confirm that forward Andrea Favilli will move from Juventus to Genoa for the upcoming 2018/19 Serie A season.

Juventus Football Club S.p.A. announces that the agreement with Genoa Cricket and Football Club S.p.A. for the loan, until 30 June 2019, of the registration rights of the player Andrea Favilli has been reached for a consideration of € 5 million to be paid in three financial years.

The agreement also provides Genoa Cricket and Football Club S.p.A. the option right, to be exercised at the end of 2018/2019 football season, for the definitive acquisition of the player at a price of € 7 million to be paid in three financial years.

Born in Pisa in 1997, Favilli scored 22 goals for the Primavera, while making his Serie A debut against Frosinone on 7 February, 2016.

Originally from the Livorno youth sector, Favilli moved to Ascoli in Serie B for the last two seasons, scoring 17 goals in 44 appearances for the second division side.

He re-acquainted himself to Bianconeri fans this summer, starting in all four games on the 2018 United States tour, as he scored a double against Bayern Munich and another against the MLS All-Stars.

We wish Favilli the best as he begins the next step of his career in Serie A with Genoa!
