Massimiliano Allegri has become the first coach in the history of Serie A to reach the 1 000-point mark, with his current league record including 301 wins, 99 draws and 96 defeats.

Only two weeks have passed since Coach Allegri reached second on the list of all-time appearances on the bench by a Juventus coach - 405 - level with Marcello Lippi and behind only Giovanni Trapattoni, in first place at 596.

The away match in Verona against Hellas was his 406th in charge, taking him to out-right second on the list, with the **occasion celebrated at the Juventus Museum** and attended by the entire club.

Then in our last fixture against Frosinone, a new record was reached as he became the first coach in the history of the Italian top league to reach, and exceed, 1 000 points.

His time in black and white makes up the bulk of this achievement, his 201 wins and 50 draws making up 653 of the 1002 points earned so far.

We end off then, with Allegri's words spoken precisely at the celebration at the Juventus Museum last on February 20: "The achievement may bear my name, but it's are to be shared with my entire team that has spent and spends so much time with me." And the same, then, is true of the more than 1 000 points won over these years that have made him, by right, part of the history of Italian football.

Congratulations, Coach!
