Alvaro Morata is back at Juventus and he will once again wear the No.9 jersey. Today, he was presented to invited media, where he discussed his return to the club, having Andrea Pirlo as a coach, and various other topics.

Here is what he had to say:

HIS FIRST BLACK & WHITE STINT

Leaving Juventus was not up to me. I was happy in Madrid, but now it's important for me to be here and I have kept in touch with everyone over the years. It was a great memory and now we have new challenges to face together.

RETURN TO JUVE

Juve took a punt on me when I was younger and coming back was a dream of mine. I'm happy to be back. I've come back to Turin as a person that's grown in all senses. I'm in the right place at the right time: I know what I need to do, I have the necessary experience. Juve is the opportunity of a lifetime.

PIRLO AS A COACH

It's wonderful to have Pirlo as a coach after he was a teammate of mine. I'm impressed by how he manages the group, he's the perfect person for Juve and being a coach was his destiny.

PLAYING UP FRONT

We have a lot of options in attack, I will have to work hard and make myself available to the team. I will give my all for whatever the coach asks of me. I want to score a lot of goals, but the most important thing is to win as a team. If you only look at the single numbers then we are in the wrong sport. I used to pay attention to the critics when I was younger. I know that I need to work hard and be clear about what I have to do.

PLAYING WITH RONALDO

I know Cristiano rather well, he's happy that he's here. We spoke quite a lot, even before I returned.

THE COMPETITIONS

The Champions League is very important to Juventus. If we were to win it this year I would be the happiest man in the world. We want to win it. I've followed Serie A and it's very competitive. Winning again, after so many years is increasingly difficult and the level is growing.
