"It was important for us to take home the three points. We can still improve a lot, but we got a positive result. We have to improve our ball management, especially in difficult moments. We have plenty of quality, we have to know how to exploit it in the best way. This evening we rushed things at times, but it is a good result."

"This is a good competition, which allows us to build up our fitness for a very long season. We are happy to be a part of it and of course, we are in it to win. Obviously, the same is also true for the league and the Champions League. We know that the season will be difficult, that everyone against us will give 110%. In Italy, we want to defend our title, and in Europe, we want to go as far as possible and have some special nights."
