Claudio Gabetta’s Giovanissimi Nazionali continue to set the league alight, racking up their third win of the season with this morning's 2-1 success over Pavia in Lombardy.
Striker Gianluca Sbordone put the Bianconeri ahead on 33 minutes before doubling the advantage 360 seconds after the restart.
Pavia’s Matteo Rabuffi halved proceedings 18 minutes from time to try and set up a grandstand finish but it was a case of too little, too late as Juventus' young guns won at the Campo Mascherpa for the second successive year.
The result means Gabetta's startlets are sitting pretty at the top of the league with 12 goals scored and only two conceded after three matches.
The Giovanissimi Nazionali will try and make it four victories on the bounce when they host Pro Vercelli in Vinovo on Sunday 5 October.
