Happy birthday, Furino!

Juventus legend Giuseppe Furino is today celebrating his 69th birthday.

After joining from Palermo in 1969, the defensive midfielder, whose passion and drive immediately captured the imaginations of supporters, would go on to spend 15 glorious seasons in the black and white stripes.

In total, he made 528 Bianconeri appearances, scoring 19 goals, and added two Coppa Italia triumphs and a UEFA Cup victory to his eight Scudetto championship medals.

On his special day, Juventus Football Club wish Giuseppe Furino many happy returns.
