Claudio Marchisio was in no mood for beating round the bush after Juve missed the chance to book their spot in the draw for the Champions League last 16 against Lyon on Wednesday night.

The Bianconeri had qualification in the bag until Corentin Tolisso equalised six minutes from time.

"We're very angry because we should be seeing through matches like these and coming away with all three points, even though it was a difficult game," the Italy midfielder began.

Marchisio was nonetheless keen to look on the bright side, with Juve's fate still very much in their own hands.

"A win would have secured qualification for us but a point here is still a good result. We didn't play so well today but we have another two games to go.

"Perhaps we were feeling the fatigue a bit because we're really short on numbers up front."
