It was a busy Monday night for Stefano Sturaro who played his first minutes in the league since November providing a solid option off the bench to lock down the 1-0 win over Genoa and on Monday he spoke to Juventus TV about his evening and the Bianconeri returning to action.

"We worked quite a bit on returning from our break and had a little bit of heavy legs for sure. It wasn't going to be easy to start with a win so we are very satisfied with the result. We are a team that knows how to suffer together like our coach says, working as a team."

"Since I've joined the club, it's always been a great Juve. In my four years here maybe our team characteristics have changed but what hasn't is that we are always strong and fight for every competition. I can't complain."

"My biggest characteristic personally is to always make myself available to the group and to my manager in whatever role is needed. It's not easy to be versatile like that at my age but I'm happy to always give my best and re-pay the trust shown in me."
