FIGHTING FOR A 14TH WIN
It might be mid-February, but Juventus Women still have a 100% record this season, having won all 13 of their league matches to date.
Last time out, Rita Guarino’s side defeated Res Roma in a hard-fought encounter in the capital thanks to Ingvild Isaksen’s second-half winner, making it a birthday to remember for the Norwegian midfielder.
ABOUT EMPOLI
Empoli Ladies are looking to bounce back from last weekend’s 4-1 home defeat to Chievo. The Tuscans currently sit second-from-bottom in the Serie A table on eight points.
However, Saturday’s opponents are stronger on the road than at home and have picked up seven of those eight points from away fixtures.
Empoli’s top scorer this season is Caterina Bargi, who has four goals to her name.
