Turin, 23 November 2018 – The Board of Directors today examined the new club organisation which in keeping with the previous organisation of the club is divided into three main operational areas: Sport, entrusted to Chief Football Officer Fabio Paratici, Revenue entrusted to Chief Revenue Officer Giorgio Ricci and Services entrusted to **Chief Financial Officer Marco Re, who in the exercise of their roles, coordinated by Chairman and Vice Chairman, refer to the Board of Directors.

Finally, we hereby inform that the new Board of Statutory Auditors of Juventus Football Club S.p.A., appointed by the Shareholders’ Meeting held on 25 October 2018, verified the requirements of integrity, professionalism and independence requirements pursuant to law (article 148, paragraph 3, Consolidated Law on Finance) and to the Corporate Governance Code (articles 3.C.1 and 8.C.1) are met by all its standing auditors (Paolo Piccatti, Silvia Lirici and Nicoletta Paracchini). In accordance with the above-mentioned Code, the results of the assessment have been shared today with the Company’s Board of Directors.
