It’s the first birthday in black and white for Mister Maurizio Sarri, as he turns 61.
He will celebrate his special day by preparing for the next match against Roma, which will mark the mid-way point of the season. It is a season that, from the beginning, Sarri has faced with characteristics that best represent him: a hard-working mentality and the desire to always grow and improve.
Whilst on the black and white bench, Sarri secured his 100th Serie A victory and he is the coach to have achieved this with the least amount of games coached (169) during the three-point per victory era. Not only that, he also increased his unbeaten streak in Europe – a result of the excellent performances Juventus put out in the Champions League, which saw the Old Lady qualify for the Last 16 with a game to spare, all while securing 16 points out of 18 available.
From everyone at Juventus, we wish him a Happy Birthday!
