The difficult moment that we are all experiencing must not be a brake on anyone's personal and professional development. It is in this spirit that Juventus has launched a series of initiatives aimed at the various members of the technical **staff, the youth team and club employees, to allow them to continue their respective growth paths.
Thus was born, as of March 30, "Juventus Studium – at 3pm all in Formation", the daily meeting that addresses the technical staff of all the Bianconeri teams, which aims to deepen fundamental issues for the correct management of a team, from the technical aspects, to the psychological ones, which also includes protagonists of absolute exception, such as: Fabio Paratici, Maurizio Sarri, and the coach of the Futsal National Alessio Musti.
The Juventus Training project, aimed at young people in the Youth Sector, continues. The Juventus Psychological Area has structured the courses so that the activities can be carried out together with the family, thus sharing a formative moment of particular importance. A Psychological Help Desk service has also been set up to allow children and their families to face together their uncertainties, concerns, fears with which it is inevitable to deal with in such a delicate moment.
The "Homework" project was also created for the staff and the students of the Academy, thanks to which the staff of the different areas, whether technical, physical, medical, organizational, scouting, can develop a series of useful topics for planning future activities. On the other hand, the children of the Under 15, 16 and 17 teams will have specific educational, individual and physical work programs, developed weekly, through videos and remote meetings.
"Grow By Learning!" is therefore dedicated to Juventus employees, many of whom are still active from home thanks to smart working. The training and professional growth program aimed at developing individual skills, through technical training courses, whether it is public speaking, or relating to the management of collaborators, or focused on the development of effective communication or project management... These are flanked by language training courses, which allows employees to perfect English, Spanish or... Italian, for the many foreigners who work for the club daily.
