"It's nice to go back to beating Inter and win a direct match. After taking the lead we also played well and risked little - I can only recall the Lautaro Martinez chance. When you play with this attitude it's difficult to concede, our goal is to do our utmost. We mustn't think that it's over and that we have solved everything, we still have to keep working. Great things have been done tonight, but there is room for improvement, one step at a time. I always told Adrien Rabiot that he was respected by us and that I consider him a great player with significant room for improvement, tonight he was extraordinary at making himself available for the team. It was great to see us play this type of match, in the first half we had a bit of luck, but when the players give everything to the team it's easier to win, and then in the second half we certainly played a better game and our defensive phase was extraordinary. The formation tonight gave more certainties, but the greatest certainties are those of a team that runs together, helps each other, all get behind the ball and understands the moments of the match. At the beginning of the season we played well for half an hour, now even in difficulties we are in the game, we still need to recover everyone, but this spirit is important and it will raise the level of competition."
