Arek Milik and Juan Cuadrado were both on target in international football action on Tuesday night, with opposing results for the two Bianconeri players.
Cuadrado enjoyed a successful evening in Gelsenkirchen, where his Colombian team earned a 2-0 friendly victory over hosts Germany. Juan put in a pinpoint cross for Luis Diaz to head in the opener, before slotting home a late penalty to secure the 2-0 win.
It was a disappointing evening for Milik, who despite scoring the opener, suffered a 3-2 loss with Poland against Moldova in their European Championship qualifying match-up. Wojciech Szczęsny was also on the pitch for the Poles.
Also involved in EURO 2024 qualifying action was Filip Kostić, who started and played 71 minutes in Serbia's 1-1 draw with Bulgaria.
Danilo featured for Brazil for the entire match in their friendly fixture against Senegal, which the African champions won 4-2.
