Juventus' final pre-season plans were confirmed today with Massimiliano Allegri’s men set to face La Liga outfit Espanyol in Modena’s Alberto Braglia stadium on Saturday 13 August at 20.00 CEST.
The fixture takes place exactly one week before the Bianconeri's opening league match of the campaign against Fiorentina.
Espanyol, who finished 13th in the country’s top-flight last term, like Juventus are deep into their late summer plans having already faced Utrecht (1-1), Almere City (2-1) and SBV Excelsior (3-0) in the Netherlands before drawing 1-1 with Southampton on Wednesday.
With West Ham lying in wait this coming Sunday, the Bianconeri now have three matches, the last of which will take place in Villar Perosa against the club’s Primavera team, in which to prepare for their opening day tussle with Fiorentina.
