When it comes to talent, teamwork, perseverance and the desire to always improve, it's always best to follow the industry experts.

Therefore, today's event, "Emergency Talent" organised by Randstad Italia at Allianz Stadium, featuring an evening of debate, workshop and round table discussion was just the invigorating event needed, with the focus on education, training and integration of young Italian talent into the working world.

Tonight's guest of honour, Juventus midfielder, Miralem Pjanic spoke in front of an enthusiastic audience about his beginning and his first steps with the ball between his feet. However, as well as his past he also spoke about the present, and his life in the team and the sacrifices made every day that a player like him must do, in order to make the most out of his career on the field.

"I left my country, Bosnia very young because of the coming war. I lived in Luxembourg, a very small country, then I moved by myself to France, still young, to follow the dream of football - Explained Pjanic - And it's from that moment that I started working hard and thinking differently. I saw the team's stadium and dreamed of playing in it, and I succeeded at the age of 17."

The midfielder added: "I will always remember where I come from. My story makes me think about the path that I have taken, to get to where I am today, but without ever forgetting all those who have helped me, starting with my family, who taught me to have respect for others."

On the world of modern football: "It's a sport that has changed, speed has increased on the pitch, and the mentality is fundamental, especially outside the field - in training, in nutrition and in lifestyle. It's the mind that guides everything, that enables you to progress, in football, in work and in life, and it's when things are not going the right way that it becomes fundamental.

Finally, to close the day, Pjanic answered a question on the main topic of the day, talent: "We always have to work hard to improve ourselves. I have always had this mentality and I still have it, and it's this mantra, that in football that brings out the talent. I like the players who reflect when they play, and I recognise them by how they move and how they look at you, I'm lucky, that there are so many types of these players at Juve. We are a fantastic group, we manage to win, and I have to congratulate our coach, who has always managed to make everything work in the best way."
