ACCESS TO THE STADIUM FOR FANS WITH DISABILITIES

An inclusive Stadium

The Allianz Stadium is the home of Juventus, an inclusive place where the Club aims to ensure the best possible experience for all fans.

The stadium offers 280 seats reserved for:

  • fans with walking disabilities and a 100% degree of invalidity

  • fans with non-walking disabilities who use a wheelchair (regardless of the degree of disability)

In addition, the stadium provides a further 280 seats dedicated to adult companions of those requiring continuous assistance.

For reasons of safety and accessibility, the seats reserved for fans with disabilities are located in specific areas of the stadium (North Stand and South Stand), designed to meet the circulation needs of wheelchair users and people with mobility difficulties.

Fans with disabilities can request free accreditation for themselves and their companion through a dedicated online accreditation service.

How to enter the stadium

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

To access the Fan Accreditation Service, it is necessary to first register on the online accreditation system and complete all the required fields with personal details, making sure to upload in the designated section a copy of:

  • A certificate of 100% civil disability clearly and unequivocally showing that the recognized degree of disability is 100%, without specifying the diagnosed pathology (if such information is present, it must be redacted),
    or

  • A certificate of disability clearly and unequivocally showing the condition of being non-ambulatory and wheelchair-bound.

If entitled to continuous assistance, this condition must be stated on the certificate itself (100% civil disability certificate with the right to continuous assistance).

These disability certificates must have been issued by the Istituto Nazionale di Previdenza Sociale (INPS) according to its current procedures, or by another entity subsequently recognized by INPS.

ACCREDITATION PHASES

Free accreditations reserved for fans with disabilities at the Allianz Stadium are limited: 280 seats for fans with disabilities and 280 for their respective companions (including those allocated to the away section).

Accreditations are assigned exclusively based on the order in which requests are received (“first come, first served”), until all available seats are filled.

To ensure maximum accessibility and safety, the seats are arranged as follows:

  • Fans with mobility impairments: in the areas reserved above the last row of the 1st ring of the North and South stands, specifically designed to allow wheelchair movement;

  • Ambulatory fans with a 100% disability rating and their companions: in the row immediately below.

To ensure optimal management of accreditations, the procedure is divided into two distinct phases:

  • Phase 1: reserved for fans with mobility impairments;

  • Phase 2: reserved for ambulatory fans with a 100% disability rating.

This organization allows, in the event that the accreditations reserved for fans with mobility impairments are not fully allocated during the first phase, for the optimization of the remaining available seats by reallocating those not used by their companions, in order to expand access for ambulatory fans during the second phase.

Please note that for high-demand matches (“big matches”), seats may sell out within a few minutes from the opening of the accreditation procedure.

Juventus encourages fans to log in promptly at the indicated times and to request accreditation only if they are certain they can attend, so as to allow everyone to fully enjoy the stadium experience.

***

Once registered, fans can request free accreditation during the following timeframes:

  • Matches played from Friday to Monday:

    • From 9:00 a.m. on Monday to 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday of match week for fans with non-ambulatory disabilities (subject to availability before the deadline);

    • From 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday of match week for fans with ambulatory disabilities (subject to availability before the deadline).

    Matches played from Tuesday to Thursday:

    • From 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday to 4:00 p.m. on Thursday of the week prior to the match for fans with non-ambulatory disabilities (subject to availability before the deadline);

    • From 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Friday of the week prior to the match for fans with ambulatory disabilities (subject to availability before the deadline).

Important Notes

  • When you obtain an accreditation, you prevent another fan from receiving one. Therefore, users are kindly asked not to request accreditation for themselves or their companions unless they are reasonably certain they will use it.

  • The maximum number of tickets per purchaser per match is 4. Therefore, the applicant requesting accreditation with a companion may purchase up to 2 additional tickets on the Official Ticket Shop. If more than this limit is purchased, accreditation will not be issued.

  • A regular ticket alone does not grant entry to wheelchair users. Therefore, it is emphasized that the simple purchase of a standard ticket does not allow access to the stadium.

SEASON TICKETS

Juventus offers its fans with disabilities the opportunity to subscribe to a season ticket in the same designated sections indicated above (North Stand or South Stand) at a heavily discounted rate, announced during the Season Ticket Campaign.

By subscribing, the fan with disabilities can secure – for themselves and their companion – a seat for all home matches of the football season.

The season ticket is reserved exclusively for fans with disabilities who meet the requirements set out in Section 1 of this page.

The season ticket is strictly personal and cannot be transferred, renamed, or resold. It is also not subject to the minimum usage percentage requirement in order to retain renewal rights for the following season.

Please note that season tickets for the 2025/2026 season are sold out.

Accreditation for away matches

Juventus does not manage accreditation requests received from its fans with disabilities for the club's away matches. In this regard, it is advisable to contact the DAO (Disability Access Officer) of the host team.
