    International Business Development Officer – USA/LATAM

    Riporto gerarchico:

    International Business Development Manager

    Main duties & responsibilities:

    • Develop a local market approach  in term of available assets (inventory) and commercial priorities (e.g. local promotion, regional partnership, first screening of global prospect, tour and friendlies) according with International Business Development Manager;
    • Be the "owner" of the local presence of the Club in the assigned area in term of market intelligence, data, benchmarking;
    • Targeting, scouting and supporting negotiation (according with the Partnerships function) of Regional deals in assigned area; 
    • Definition of opportunities and commercial organization of 1st team/youth teams/Legends team Tours and Friendlies, if held in the assigned area, together with Tour/Friendlies Operations and International Business Development Manager;
    • Coordination of local commercial agencies/agents and definition of plans/mandates according with International Business Development Manager;
    • Work with the Partnership team to support/develop partner relationships in foreign markets.

    Professional Requirements:

    • 3-5 years experience in International BD role within the Sports industry, preferably football (clubs, federations, agencies);
    • Knowledge of the key markets (USA, LATAM mainly); deep acquaintance with La Liga/Bundesliga main Clubs approach is preferred;
    • Good network of international contacts with companies, teams, agencies, promoters, agents;
    • Deep knowledge of English language and Spanish language;
    • Good knowledge of Italian language is preferred.

    Personal Strenghts:

    • Be able to team work and have a natural disposition to share information accordingly, but also be capable of working independently when needed;
    • Have good communication, presentation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills to help effectively convey goals and strategies in English and Spanish;
    • Be able to create and interpret quantitative date and use metrics and analysis to construct business cases that support initiatives;
    • Understand business partners’ marketing objectives including their expected ROI;
    • Have a creative mind and ability to look out of the box to propose innovative ideas and find partners among new industries or in areas that are not obvious;
    • Have the capability to propose new promotion or other type of opportunities to our potential partners to provide them with more value;
    • Be Result-oriented, have a constant strive for outstanding results and not be scared of hard work.

    Marketing and Digital

    Reports to: 

    Senior Digital Editor

    Main duties & responsibilities:

    • Day-to-day management of international media output on Juventus.com and social networks in English, Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, Indonesian and Arabic languages;
    • Create and edit live and pre-planned written, photo and video content for a host of major national and international events and competitions;
    • Directly manage the activities of two Junior Digital Editors, translation agencies and external content providers;
    • Work closely with the Italian content team and commercial department to share ideas, best practice and strategic scheduling of social media material;
    • Increase the club’s global digital reach by driving ad-hoc projects designed to target specific territories;
    • Protect and enhance the club’s reputation through strong relationships with global news organizations, influential new media stakeholders and worldwide supporters’ groups;
    • Produce content for official publications, players and key club executives (reactive and proactive official statements, press kits, speech writing).


     Professional requirements:

    • Proven experience in content creation, social media and website management;  
    • First rate writing, editing, presentation and communication skills;
    • Deep knowledge and passion for European football; 
    • Strong understanding of current and emerging social networks and trends;
    • Experience of managing and operating within a multiple stakeholder environment;
    • The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
    • Flexible approach to working hours;
    • Native English speaker.
